The magic of new beginnings...
Hi there! It's stephanie :)
Your weekly breath of fresh air
my intimate diary…
Thanks, August, for all the good memories and growth. It was a time of transition with plenty of fun moments, some uncertainty, and a bit of anxiety. At the end of each month, I like to sort through my thoughts and feelings, wrapping up what was and making space for what’s next. The idea of a cup filled with dirty water really resonates with me—you can’t pour in fresh water without it getting contaminated, but when you start emptying the old, the new can flow in easily. This week was all about reflection, keeping what matters, and letting go of the rest. New beginnings are always magical, and I’m ready to dive in!
Hi, September! I’m ready for you!
This week, I focused on cultivating my io-leadership through the ONA method by:
ORGANIZE
STRENGTH
Prioritize every aspect in life, really invest time in priorities only.
EMOTION
JOY!!! Just the thought of starting a new month: new possibilities, new challenges.
ESSENCE
Trust God’s timing.
DEVELOPMENT
Still working on the concept of the newsletter. Any feedback is welcome! :)
NOURISH
SPIRIT
1“There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
2 a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
3 a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
4 a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
6 a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
7 a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
8 a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.” - Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
MIND
"Dreams are fun when they are distant. The imagination loves to play with possibilities when there is no risk of failure. But when you find yourself on the verge of action, you pause. You can feel the uncertainty of what lies ahead. Thoughts swirl. Maybe this isn't the right time? Failure is possible now. In that moment—in that short pause that arises when you stand face to face with your dream—is the entirety of life. What you do in that pause is the crucible that forges you. It is the dividing line between being the type of person who thinks about it or the type of person who goes for it. When I really think about it, I want that moment to be my legacy. Not that I won or lost. Not that I looked good or looked like a fool. But that when I had something I really wanted to do, I went for it." - James Clear
BODY
Focused on cardio in the morning and a keto diet for detox.

6 a.m. every morning after the run watching the sunrise and feeling the fresh air…
AUTHENTICITY
My mind keeps thinking about a concept introduced by Kwon, Hyejin, CEO of YHJ&Company. She talks about the things we can control and those we can’t—like time and people. But where these elements intersect is the situation, and that’s something we do have control over. She describes two types of people when faced with a situation. The first group, on the upper side of the circle, are those who care about others, their country, and everything beyond themselves. The second group focuses primarily on their own needs. I think this idea speaks to the true nature of authenticity. There’s no right or wrong in how people approach life, and that diversity is part of what makes life rich. But what really matters is living authentically. io leaders, in particular, have a responsibility to guide others toward a better society and to improve what lies beyond their own immediate sphere. This couple of months, I got to learn so much about leadership with Hyejin 대표님 and I admire her love for knowledge. I definitely can say that she is a true example of an io leader.

*io-leader: leads with authenticity and faith, aligning their actions with inner values to inspire profound, purpose-driven impact in society.
*The ONA method helps cultivate io (inside-out) leadership by Organizing your Strengths, Emotions, Essence, and Development (SEED), Nourishing your mind, body, and spirit, and embracing Authenticity to discover your true self and flourish.
p.s.: arms wide open to embrace new changes, allow them…
I hope you can lead authentically and inspire profoundly, have a great week!
Best,
Stephanie.
