Hi there! It's Stephanie! :)
seek, seek, seek...and doors will open
Your weekly breath of fresh air
my intimate diary…
Time to reflect… I’ve officially completed my first month writing this newsletter, and it's been an incredibly enriching experience. Starting something new has shown me just how valuable it is to take that first step. I’ve learned so much about myself, about others, and about how to connect the dots and build connections. Each week brought improvements and doubts, but by pushing forward, I realized it’s not about being right or wrong—it’s about growth. Seek, seek, seek…and doors will open. I find the same applies to faith. Every day is a journey of discovery and deepening my relationship with God. Some days, I feel doubts or like I’m not making progress, but what matters most is continuing to push forward. And each time, God finds me. He was always by my side…
This week, I focused on cultivating my io-leadership through the ONA method by:
ORGANIZE
STRENGTH
Resilience: make every day have a meaning for you.
EMOTION
Motivation: practice gratitude.
ESSENCE
Being present in each encounter.
DEVELOPMENT
Work on my speaking skills.
NOURISH
SPIRIT
“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” - Matthew 6:33
MIND
“Let your joy be in your journey - not in some distant goal.” - Tim Cook
BODY
Enjoyed long walks in Seoul discovering new places.

When I took this picture, I was looking at the sky and thought how beautiful it was and how blessed I am.
AUTHENTICITY (io-leaders)
On Friday, I attended a breakfast meeting where Lee D.K., President & CEO of Coex, shared his personal story, and I learned so much about him. Aligned with this week’s topic, I want to highlight how he developed a new business strategy. He introduced 'The Platz,' a modern and sustainable space, by starting with client demands. Instead of reinventing the wheel, Lee transformed an unused second floor, leveraging existing resources. Through creative innovation, he added value and created a new revenue stream—a clear example of a leader who seeks opportunities and opens new doors. I also noticed that, at every stage of his career, he made decisions based on what truly moved his heart and found a way forward when others doubted. I feel that those were the momentums that brought him closer to where he is today. In conclusion, I see many aspects of him as an io leader who leads authentically and profoundly inspires others.
*io-leader: leads with authenticity and faith, aligning their actions with inner values to inspire profound, purpose-driven impact in society.
*The ONA method helps cultivate io (inside-out) leadership by Organizing your Strengths, Emotions, Essence, and Development (SEED), Nourishing your mind, body, and spirit, and embracing Authenticity to discover your true self and flourish.
p.s.: It’s all about taking the first step…
I hope you can lead authentically and inspire profoundly, have a great week!
Best,
Stephanie.
